This renovation aimed to create a cutting-edge and inviting working environment for executive and corporate staff within the existing historic facility. The original wood and stone interiors were revitalized to a pristine condition, and the entire facility underwent enhancements with new interior finishes. Existing toilet rooms were redesigned to include additional fixtures and ensure ADA accessibility.
On the first floor, the atrium features an employee gathering area for special occasions, larger toilet rooms, and an employee vending point of sale area. The second floor underwent remodeling to integrate exterior wall offices, a new break room area with seating, expanded and revamped toilet rooms, office cubicles tailored for eight individual departments with their unique identity, video conferencing conference rooms, and collaborative workspaces. The third floor serves as the executive area, housing a redesigned boardroom, conference rooms, a strategic planning room, CEO executive suite, break room, and employee lounge.
To enhance energy efficiency, upgrades were made to the lighting and mechanical systems throughout the entire facility, aiming to achieve operational energy savings. Overall, this renovation project sought to modernize the workspace while preserving the historical charm of the building.
