Pre-Design Services
Services include building assessments, feasibility studies, maintenance programming, site analysis, programming, and code/zoning research. Our clients benefit from early critical and accurate information that is attributive to key early decision making.
Schematic Design Services
Services include beginning this process of translating the building program into an efficient and cost-effective building design. We start to explore the design concepts by testing options to provide ideas giving the programming a life, shape, and scale.
Design Development
Services include the advancement of the refined approach to communicating solutions defined in predesign and schematic design. Structural design and mechanical systems are scoped to meet the needs, goals, and efficiency of the design solution.
Construction Documents
This service is a systematic approach to developing the design drawings into a precise and thorough set of construction documents containing all the information necessary to communicate the design of the project to meet a wide range of project delivery approaches.
Construction Administration
These services include a wide range of opportunities to assist the client by navigating the construction process. Our role as an Architect is to be an advisor to the Owner to provide construction observation visits frequently enough to determine compliance with the construction documents, and obtain an occupancy permit. We also offer comprehensive construction administration services to meet the required level of service expected by our clients to meet their needs.
