At Funktion Design Studio, LLC, we were chosen by the Breaman family business to undertake the redesign of their existing facility. With a vision to expand and modernize their space, our team embarked on a journey to create a welcoming, state-of-the-art environment for both staff and customers. Through meticulous planning and innovative design, we transformed the facility into a beacon of sophistication and functionality. Here are the key features of our revitalization project:

- New Customer Lounge and Expanded Service Area: We designed a spacious and inviting customer lounge along with an expanded service area, enhancing the overall experience for patrons.
- Interior Alterations: Our alterations included the addition of an accessible service writer area, a private service manager office, and the integration of two access points to the service garage for improved accessibility and workflow efficiency.
- Enhanced Restroom Facilities: Two new customer-accessible toilet rooms were incorporated into the design, prioritizing convenience and comfort.
- Modernized Infrastructure: We relocated and added a new service lift, revamped the technician work area with seamless access to the parts department, and repurposed existing tool storage into a new service bay, maximizing functionality.
- Timeless Facade Upgrade: The original structure received a fresh facelift, featuring a new facade with matching additions that exude sophistication and timelessness.
- Aesthetic Enhancements: The exterior design included a stone base, energy-efficient shaded glass windows, and expanded parapets with three different wall panel materials, creating visual interest and depth. Internally, updates such as wood-patterned tile floors, new ceilings, interior wall finishes, and an accent fireplace stone element were added to elevate the overall aesthetic appeal.
