We were honored to undertake the St. Germain Facilities Study, a comprehensive assessment of the town's Community Center and Red Brick School House. Our objective was to provide the Town of St. Germain with valuable insights and options for the future development and utilization of these vital community assets. Through meticulous review and analysis, we explored various possibilities, including reconfiguring the Community Center, repurposing the Red Brick School House, or considering demolition where necessary. Our team prepared conceptual building and site plans based on the findings of the study, offering town leaders crucial information to guide decision-making processes. By incorporating input from key town officials and staff, as well as considering programming needs, space adjacency, and traffic flow requirements, we ensured that our recommendations aligned with the current and future needs of the community. Our efforts aimed to empower the Town of St. Germain to make informed decisions that would best serve the interests and well-being of its residents now and in the future.
